Acceptable use
Respect the law and other people’s rights. Do not distribute unlawful material or malware, impersonate others, steal credentials or circumvent security, authentication or API limits. You retain rights in your content and must hold the rights needed for Business profiles, images and ads. Reports are assessed; they do not trigger automatic indiscriminate removals.
Accounts and safety
Protect your credentials and check connected devices. Do not share authentication codes. Account and economic services follow their applicable eligibility and capacity requirements. The content filter is not parental control and cannot guarantee that all inappropriate material is excluded.
Ads and payments
Sponsored ads are labeled and separated from organic ranking. Check campaign budgets, prices and settings before activation. Advertising does not buy organic rank. Ads credits require verified NexsoonPay confirmation; returning from checkout is not proof of payment.
Refunds, disputes, taxes and commercial terms depend on the applicable agreement with the operator and payment service. These terms do not waive mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.
Downloads and changes
Use the package for your platform. Downloads are available only after the operator publishes them; Android and iOS are not distributed yet. Do not bypass system security to run unverified files. Third-party component licences remain applicable.
Access may be restricted for documented abuse, security or legal requirements with applicable procedural safeguards. Non-excludable liability and mandatory rights remain unaffected. Material changes require suitable communication.
